Privacy Notice (KVKK)
Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), Microxion processes your personal data lawfully and within the scope described below. This notice informs visitors of www.microxion.com and users of our contact form.

2. Purposes
- Responding to requests, quotes and questions submitted through the contact form,
- Sending an automatic confirmation email that your request was received,
- Ensuring the security of the website and preventing misuse,
- Fulfilling our legal obligations.
3. Legal grounds
Your personal data is processed under Article 5 of KVKK on the grounds that processing is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract (responding to your request), the legitimate interests of the data controller (site security) and the fulfilment of legal obligations.
4. Transfers
Your data is shared only with our hosting and email infrastructure providers, to the extent required to provide the service and under contractual safeguards. It may be transferred to authorized public institutions where legally required. Your data is never sold or rented to third parties for marketing purposes.
5. Retention
Contact-form data is retained for at most 2 years after your request is concluded; server access logs are retained for the period required by applicable legislation, after which they are deleted or anonymized.
6. Your rights
Under Article 11 of KVKK you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information if so, to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly, to know the third parties to whom it is transferred, to request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, to request deletion or destruction, to request that these operations be notified to third parties, to object to a result against you arising from automated analysis, and to claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

You may submit requests regarding your rights by email to info@microxion.com or in writing to the postal address above. Requests are concluded free of charge within 30 days at the latest.
